Ordering for a full team? Our discounted team pricing makes it easy and affordable for coaches, managers, and sports parents to order together.

For the smoothest experience, team orders should be handled by one main organizer such as a coach, manager, or parent.

Before placing your order or contacting us, please make sure the organizer has collected all player photos. This helps keep the process efficient and avoids delays once the order is underway.

How team orders work

Choose your quantity
Start by selecting the pricing group that fits your order, then click “Add to cart.” In the cart, you’ll choose the exact number of signs needed, and your total will be calculated based on that pricing group.
Example: If you need 12 signs, select the 10–14 signs pricing group, then enter 12 in the cart.

Pay your deposit
A 20% deposit is required to secure your order and is non-refundable once production planning has begun.

We follow up
Once your order comes through, we’ll contact the team organizer with instructions for submitting all player photos and team details.

Send everything together
To keep the order organized, all photos and player information should be sent in one batch by the organizer.

We create your order
Once all materials have been received, production begins. Turnaround time depends on order size and how quickly full team materials are submitted.

Final payment and delivery
The remaining balance can be paid by final payment page, e-transfer, cash, or cheque. Pickup or delivery will be arranged with the organizer.
